We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 6 month contract, 40hr/wk, remote, some travel. You will be working on virtual events, in person conferences, vendor relationships, field marketing, and email campaigns in Marketo.
Responsibilities:
● Manage and maintain our event series programs, including vendor communications, building Marketo programs and Salesforce campaigns, and partnering with the field and partner marketing team throughout the lifecycle of the series to ensure successful execution
● Support the Marketing Programs Sr. Associate with 3rd party tradeshow coordination, including tracking deadlines, submitting deliverables, managing shipping, invoicing, and occasional onsite execution
● Manage webinar series, vetting registrants, managing external calendar invites, executing live events weekly, and sending out internal recap communications and follow-up instructions
● Ensure enablement assets are maintained in both PowerPoint and SharePoint formats
● Aggregate data and anecdotal insights to present on program performance against the goals set
● Work with vendors to negotiate contracts & deliverables and onboard new vendors by following our internal processes
● Take on additional assignments as deemed beneficial to the organization
● 1-3 years developing and executing marketing events and programs
● Someone who is experienced in executing marketing programs end-to-end.
○ Deliver quality work in a rapid pace, deadline-intensive environment.
○ Take the initiative to recommend programmatic efficiencies and document the process.
○ Demonstrate cross-functional leadership in driving urgency to ensure programs are launched in a timely manner.
○ Show professionalism when working with vendors to negotiate contracts on behalf of Tanium.
● Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce
● Willing to travel to execute 3rd party events and regional pilots
