• Collaborate with different departments to obtain necessary information.
• Use knowledge of the job to interpret information, instructions, and initiatives to provide direction, support, and coordination.
• Rectify routine issues and follow up on pending matters.
• Answer and handle incoming phone calls.
• Manage inbox via Outlook and coordinate calendar management.
• Handle travel coordination and reconcile weekly expenses.
• Conduct research using internal and external sources.
• Prepare materials and presentations.
• Provide support, including office management, schedule/calendar management, general support functions, and meeting preparation for executives and senior leaders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings to record minutes, compile, transcribe, distribute minutes of meetings, and track action items as needed.
• Respond to phone calls, handle messages, daily mail, and greet visitors.
• Schedule team events and help with logistics.
