• Use Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data related to collections.
• Maintain a professional demeanor during phone and email conversations.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize collections strategies and improve customer experience.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is expected.
• Prior experience with CRM tools is desirable.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Ability to handle answering inbound calls professionally and effectively.
• Experience in Billing Functions is a must.
• Understanding and execution of Collection Processes is required.
• Experience in managing both Inbound and Outbound Calls is essential.
