As a Float Phlebotomist, you'll have the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience working with diverse patients, team members, and clinics/locations. This unique role will allow you to develop your skills and set you up for opportunities and continuous growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare billing information and collect payments when necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
