Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLHH is hiring a Front Office Admin for a company in the Greater WI area. This person will manage front desk operations and assist the HR team with daily tasks.

Greet and assist visitors, answer, and direct phone calls, and manage front desk operations.
Maintain office supplies, meeting rooms, and office inventory
Manage timekeeping, approval and submittals for all hourly employees
Act as point of contact for questions regarding hours, pay
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
Assist the HR team with tasks such as onboarding paperwork, employee file maintenance, and scheduling.
Schedule conference room bookings and catering orders, assist with coordinating company events & meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies

Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000-$60,000
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm
