We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Southwest Sales Representative to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a "hunter mindset," and extensive experience in the insulation and construction sectors. This role requires up to 50% travel by air and vehicle, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Responsibilities:
As a Southwest Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Generating and qualifying leads through networking, market research, and targeted outreach.
2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the insulation and construction sectors.
3. Managing your sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a steady flow of potential business.
4. Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in your designated territories.
5. Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasting through the use of CRM tools.
6. Tracking and reporting on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure sustained growth.
7. Driving revenue growth by effectively managing your designated territories and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Southwest Sales Representative role, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in generating and qualifying leads, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
3. A "hunter mindset" with a strong drive to seek out and secure new business.
4. Experience in pipeline management and the use of CRM tools for sales forecasting.
5. Strong networking skills and the ability to develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence others.
7. A willingness to travel up to 50% by air and vehicle.
8. A solid understanding of the insulation and construction sectors.
9. The ability to track and report on key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure sustained growth.
