Construction company in Sacramento, CA is seeking a bookkeeper with at least 3 years experience in a similar role. You will work on a variety of tasks from AP and AR, to payroll and assisting the team with job costing and project budgets.

Daily/weekly duties include:

  • Payroll for up to 110 employees

  • Accounts Payable

  • Account Receivable and must have lien release experience

  • Job costing & project budget

  • Bank Reconciliation

Skills and experience we need:

  • 2 years of certified payroll

  • 2 years of accounting experience in the construction industry

  • Excel intermediate

  • System savvy in construction industry software

This is a contract role in office 5 days a week in Sacramento, CA. We work as a team, meet deadlines and support each other so we all succeed as a team.
