Job Description

As the main inventory specialist, you will be responsible for managing over 8,000 stock items in the warehouse. You will ensure materials are accurately replenished and maintain a thorough understanding of inventory locations and statuses.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage inventory using the Kanban system for the first 1.5 hours each day.
  • Queue and order items that are low in stock.
  • Work on stock replacements and ensure items are properly replenished.
  • Collaborate closely with the press brake, welding, and painting teams to move finished materials through the production process.
  • Operate a Toyota stand-up forklift and pallet jack to move products.

  • 2-4 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year focused on inventory management

  • Experience with inventory software programs, preferably Kanban
  • Knowledge of NetSuite

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment with your own workstation. Standard working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm, with occasional early starts at 7am or Saturday shifts from 6am to 10am seven times a year.
