What You'll Do

As our main Inventory Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our materials are replenished accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock using the Kanban system during the first 1.5 hours of your day.
  • Order Fulfillment: Identify low stock items and queue them for ordering to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the press brake, welding, and painting teams to facilitate the smooth movement of finished materials through the production process.
  • Material Handling: Operate a Toyota stand-up forklift and pallet jack to efficiently move products around the warehouse.
What You Bring
  • Experience: 2-4 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1 year focused on inventory management.
  • Skills: Proficient in data entry, inventory management, and material handling. Experience with the Kanban system is essential.
  • Technical Know-How: Familiarity with inventory software programs, particularly NetSuite.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate forklifts safely.
  • Problem Solver: Strong independent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
