Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Denver, Colorado. This role is vital in our team as it involves providing IT support, maintaining customer service standards, and effectively handling customer inquiries in a busy and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktop systems and network.
• Support around 50 users by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with applications such as Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.
• Work alongside the IT team to manage workloads effectively.
• Learn and adapt to supporting software developed in the 90s/2000s, such as Excel or Access as primary databases.
• Handle inquiries and document them in Asana.
• Troubleshoot issues with software specific to the industry such as Harmony & Aries.
• Support the Geo group with software like kingdom/geographics/IP.
• Adapt and learn new skills to support various software and systems.
• Work independently to solve issues and manage tasks.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar position
• Proficient in Backup Technologies
• Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office 365
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting in a timely and effective manner
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Relevant certifications in IT and Computer Systems would be advantageous.
