Job Opportunity: Operations Specialist

Our client, an established and growing organization, is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their team supporting operations across the USA and North America.


Position Overview:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role serves as a critical link between customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order management. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-paced environment while contributing directly to the company’s continued growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order lifecycle, from receipt to delivery.
  • Ensure product availability and coordinate delivery and pickup timelines.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer and supplier communication.
  • Assist with chargeback and deduction investigations alongside the Customer Service Manager and Accounting team.
  • Support inventory management, stock planning, and product availability.
  • Oversee customer sales terms, pricing, promotional calendars, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in logistics and customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
