As a Logistics Operations Specialist at USPack Services LLC, you will be responsible for ensuring all company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). This involves participating in contracting activities associated with Independent Contractors (ICs) who provide delivery equipment and transport products from our clients' locations to designated locations as requested by the customer.

This is an entry-level position that requires basic MS Office programs experience, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. You must be proactive, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to maintain valid driver's license and clean, functional vehicle.

Some essential duties of this role include:

  • Monitoring routes to ensure they are covered, IC check-in is complete, and communicated to the customer, and that routes run on time
  • Creating routes pursuant to customer requirements, ensuring ICs provide delivery services, and communicating changes to the dispatch department and ICs as needed
  • Monitoring the dispatch board to ensure customer-requested delivery times are being met
  • Communicating any delays and/or problems to the customer and dispatch department

The ideal candidate should have a college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred. Availability to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays is a plus.
