Press Operator - Night Shift - Princeton, MN

Are you a skilled machine operator looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Press Operator, working with a unique Wolverine Flexo Press to manufacture microwaveable packaging.

What You'll Do:

  • Operate a Wolverine Flexo Press to manufacture microwaveable packaging.
  • Perform machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate production records and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Work closely with the lead press operator to ensure smooth operation and learn specialized techniques.

What You Need:

  • Experience: 1+ year of machine operating experience is required. Experience with web presses is a plus, but not required.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to learn new equipment quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for working effectively with the lead operator and the team.
  • Reliability and Work Ethic: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality are crucial for success in this role.
