Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement IBM DataPower solutions to support various business requirements and integration needs.
  2. Integration: Integrate IBM DataPower with various backend systems, including databases, web services, and other enterprise applications.
  3. Configuration: Configure DataPower appliances to optimize performance, security, and scalability of the infrastructure.
  4. Security: Implement and maintain security policies, SSL configurations, and access controls on DataPower appliances to ensure the security of data and transactions.
  5. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance and health of DataPower appliances, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and infrastructure teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  8. Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IBM DataPower development and integration and recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the infrastructure.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience working as an IBM DataPower Developer or similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of IBM DataPower appliances, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  4. Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, SOAP, REST, and other web services protocols and standards.
  5. Experience with security protocols and standards such as SSL, TLS, OAuth, and SAML.
  6. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and routing.
  7. Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, or Python is a plus.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
