Customer Support Specialist

Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist at Auto-Chlor System - Memphis
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Proficiency with ERP System(s) and MS Office Suite
- Input and process orders via ERP system according to department guidelines and policies
- Receive customer inquiries and determine parts needed using product manuals
- Set up new account information and resolve customer issues
- Effectively engage with inter-company departments
- Meet quality, productivity, turnaround time, and other expectations
- Review all items generated on order and ensure POs are accurate
- Maintain customer purchase order records
- Review orders and contact customers regarding potential errors or delays
- Maintain good working relationships with contacts at dealership accounts
- Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and receiving teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly
- Proactively manage allocation exceptions for all product lines; liaise between customer service and planning groups
- Work with planning groups to optimize inventory during shortages, including tracking materials from suppliers to distribution centers
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5-7 years of customer support experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in processing orders
- Experience troubleshooting issues with customers and recommending proper solutions
- Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ERP systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time, in-office position
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- $27-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
