Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in New York, New York. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our team in managing customer inquiries and maintaining customer records. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is based in a dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team in managing customer inquiries using Salesforce Platform and other ticketing systems.
• Document ticket progress, regularly update customer records, and ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them appropriately for resolution.
• Support the team in ticket management and provide regular reports on ticket status.
• Undertake administrative tasks as and when required.• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or similar role in customer support.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Platform.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as needed.
