Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications with attention to detail
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they are current and accurate
• Resolve any customer inquiries or issues promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Demonstrate strong typing and 10-key skills for efficient data entry
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data processing and documentation
• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference
• Perform calculations as needed to process customer applications
• Handle email correspondence with customers professionally and timely
• Carry out scanning tasks for document digitization and recordkeeping.• Proficient in data entry and 10 key skills
• Demonstrated customer service abilities
• Experience with email correspondence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to organize files effectively
• Capable of performing calculations accurately
• Experience in scanning documents
• Typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy
