Job Title: Data Entry Clerk


Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible for processing utility assistance mail-in applications and walk-in applications. Your primary task will be to enter client information into multiple systems and process applications. You will also be responsible for handling walk-ins, reviewing application paperwork, advising clients, and passing complete applications to the Scanning team. Furthermore, you will organize, scan, and file applications. Using a dual monitor, you will enter scanned application information into two different databases, contact clients regarding missing or unclear information on the application, and mail final notifications. Collaboration with various departments and attendance at staff meetings will also be a part of your role.

Key Responsibilities


  • Process utility assistance mail-in applications and walk-in applications
  • Enter client information into multiple systems and process applications
  • Handle walk-ins, review application paperwork, and advise clients
  • Pass complete applications to the Scanning team
  • Organize, scan, and file applications
  • Enter scanned application information into two different databases
