Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Haverhill, Massachusetts. In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities including HR tasks, general bookkeeping, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining a structured and efficient HR and financial system within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all HR-related tasks including employee benefits and payroll management.
• Handle general bookkeeping duties to maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage payroll on a regular basis, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and timely.
• Undertake tasks related to accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Manage and oversee annual budgets, ensuring all financial goals are met.
• Handle general ledger and journal entries, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Oversee expense management across the organization, tracking and reconciling all expenses.
• Manage revenue and expense allocation and reconciliation across several businesses.
• Conduct cash flow and bank account reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM, Benefit Functions, Communication, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Hiring Processes to effectively perform all tasks.• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and HCM software
• Ability to manage Benefit Functions effectively
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations within HR
• Proven experience in Employee Relations management
• Familiarity and proficiency with Hiring Processes
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive information
• Ability to lead a team and foster a positive working environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
