  • Develop and maintain relationships with individuals, families, and community resources to ensure a comprehensive support network.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with adults with psychiatric conditions.
  • Access to an operational and insured vehicle and a willingness to use it to transport individuals.
  • Preference given to bilingual/bicultural applicants and applicants with lived experience of psychiatric conditions.
