Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk with one of our clients in Denver, Colorado. This role is integral to the team, requiring the successful candidate to be well-versed in managing and organizing legal documents, alongside a proficiency in legal software. The workplace will be located onsite.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and maintain accurate customer credit applications

• Organize and review legal documents to ensure they are in order

• Use legal software tools to manage cases and legal information

• Conduct legal research and handle legal matters related to customer inquiries

• Manage customer accounts and take necessary action to resolve issues

• Use skills in auditing and billing functions to maintain financial records

• Assist customers with their requests and inquiries in a timely manner

• Administer claims and manage calendars effectively

• Draft inventories of legal documents, ensuring all files are up-to-date and accurate

• Handle legal documentation, legal files, and legal forms with utmost precision and confidentiality.

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat

• Proficiency in using Case Management Software

• Knowledge of Legal software

• Ability to assist customers effectively

• Proficiency in Calendar Management

• Strong legal research skills

• Experience in handling legal documentation

• Familiarity with legal files

• Knowledge of legal forms

• Strong legal knowledge

• Ability to handle legal matters effectively
