Bilingual Operations Support Clerk

The ideal Operations Support Clerk will assist Floorplan Xpress's Operations Support Team by maintaining files and titles, answering customer calls, sorting mail and entering data into the system. The Operations Support Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support to the field offices across the country.

An Operations Support Clerk will process titles in office, including receiving, verifying, and entering inbound titles, filing and auditing titles, and other elements of title management.
A qualified Operations Support Clerk must have a high school diploma or equivalent, clerical and customer service experience, a positive attitude, organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines, familiarity with filing systems and data entry, and must be fluent in Spanish.
