This full-time position involves providing essential support to teachers and students across various grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade. The ideal candidates will assist in creating a positive and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Support: Assist teachers in daily classroom activities, including instructional support, classroom management, and student supervision.
  • Individual Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them with their academic and social development.
  • Instructional Assistance: Help with the preparation of instructional materials and provide additional help to students as needed.
  • Behavioral Support: Implement and reinforce positive behavior strategies as directed by the classroom teacher or special education staff.
  • Monitoring: Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess, lunch, or field trips.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student success.
Qualifications:
