Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Vancouver.As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to help students achieve their full potential. This is a full-time position for the entire school year, providing an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assessment and evaluation of students' occupational therapy needs.

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the Occupational Therapist.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.

  • Monitor and document students' progress.

  • Provide training and resources to staff and families.

  • Adhere to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program

  • Valid state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in WA

  • Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred

  • Strong munication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
