Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist to join our team at Vancouver Clinic. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and venipuncture collection services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Perform phlebotomy services and collect and handle specimens with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure positive outcomes for patients and the organization.
  • Understand and adhere to department procedures and computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems.
  • Work a Monday through Friday schedule with a rotating Saturday shift.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience using blood collection techniques in a clinical lab setting preferred.
