Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a qualified Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Vancouver, WA. This contract position requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and familiarity with Homecare Homebase software, offering an ideal opportunity to provide exceptional care within a supportive healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete thorough patient assessments and OASIS documentation
  • Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication management and wound care
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
  • Educate patients and families on health practices and self-care techniques

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Washington
  • Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
  • 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
  • Locals and travelers both accepted
