Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Operational Procurement Experience: At least 5 years of experience managing daily procurement activities in a government, hospital, or healthcare setting, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Team Supervision: Proven experience in leading a team, with the ability to supervise daily activities, mentor team members, and ensure task completion within deadlines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues effectively to maintain procurement timelines.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all procurement records are accurate, accessible, and audit-ready.
- Adaptable to Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new information, tools, and compliance requirements, particularly in healthcare or government procurement settings.
