Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Martinez, CA
Duration: ASAP 06/06/2025
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Pay Range: $65+ per hour
Position Type: Full-time, Contract (School Year 2024-2025)

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an onsite position in Martinez, CA. This is a contract role for the 2024-2025 school year, and we are looking for someone to start ASAP. Primary Duties:
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviors
  • Attend and contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
  • Teach ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) strategies and techniques to staff to enhance student support
Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavior challenges
  • Work collaboratively with school staff, including teachers, aides, and administrators
  • Monitor and track student progress and make adjustments to interventions as needed
  • municate effectively with parents, guardians, and other team members regarding student progress
  • Conduct data collection and analysis to inform interventions
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting is preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
