Job Description

This position is responsible for materials preparation and moving the raw material. The associate prepares the components for machinery by measuring small amounts of metals into small boxes and weighing them. They will load the material into barrels and ensure the product comes off the line correctly. Initially, they will work closely with the operators until fully trained, at which point they will be promoted to operators.

Dirty environment. Not heated or cooled. Small team with 18 employees plant-wide. You will work and interact with a lead for the most part.
