Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team at North State Machine Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machinery to fabricate parts with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure excellent quality control and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Load and unload tooling, inserts, fixtures, and materials.
  • Read and understand blueprints and use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
  • Operate sanders and saws as needed for material specific to the job.
  • Log and record readings for equipment and procedures.
  • Comply with all policies, specifications, regulations, and instructions.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

  • One year of work experience as a machine operator minimum.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Familiarity with plant tools and equipment.
  • Ability to handle a physical workload of 40 lbs.
  • Effective communication and understanding of job instructions in the English language.
