Human Resource Manager Responsibilities:

  • As a human resources manager, you will direct the human resource and payroll activities within your nursing home.
  • You will provide supervision and implementation for your nursing home's orientation for new employees.
  • You will foster positive and open communication with your team members.
  • You will maintain workers compensation files.
  • You will oversee the recruiting and onboarding process.
  • You will manage workman's compensation cases.
Requirements:

Human Resource Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in skilled nursing.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to learn our company's HRIS.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Excellent prioritization and delegation skills.
