Overview:
Step into the role of Leasing Coordinator in the heart of Downtown Seattle This position offers the opportunity to work with a prestigious property management firm, assisting with high-end residential properties and providing an excellent leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective tenants, scheduling tours and answering questions.

  • Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate.

  • Manage leasing databases, including tenant files and unit availability.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create compelling listings and social media campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with local and state housing laws.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of leasing or administrative experience in a related field.

  • Familiarity with luxury or high-density properties is a plus.

  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in property management software and marketing tools.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
