We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Generalist with proficiency in Payroll management and ADP software. This role primarily involves processing employee data, interacting with employees on HR-related issues, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities:

  • Administer all aspects of payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing via ADP software.
  • Oversee HR duties from recruitment, onboarding, employee relations to separation.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Collaborate with different departments in the implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain employee records in ADP and ensure that payroll changes are processed accurately.
  • Address employee queries pertaining to Payroll and HR.
  • Assist in staff development and performance management processes.


  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with a focus on payroll and proficiency in using ADP.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
