We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with familiarity in FLC (Farm Labor Contracts) to join our dynamic team in Delano. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, including invoice verification and payment processing.
Ensure compliance with Farm Labor Contract regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment inquiries and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable activities.
Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
Must have at least 2 years in accounts payable
Must have a strong understanding of Farm Labor Contract Regulations.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Famous Software highly preferred
