We are seeking a detail-oriented FLC (Farm Labor Contract) Payroll Specialist to join our team at Famous Software in Delano. This role is essential for ensuring accurate payroll processing while adhering to federal compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with Farm Labor Contract regulations and company policies.
Review and verify timecards and employee records for accuracy.
Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as needed.
Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries and discrepancies.
Assist with audits related to payroll and compliance.
Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Qualifications:
Must have 2 years of experience in payroll processing, with knowledge of FLC regulations.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Famous Software highly preferred
