Job Details
As our first dedicated product leader and Product Director, you will own product roadmap decisions, steer strategic direction and oversee the execution of our product vision. This role is integral to our company's success and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. You will be working closely with our talented team of engineers, designers, and marketers to create innovative solutions that solve real-world problems in the commercial real estate industry. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, commercial real estate, real estate, and/or SaaS.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the strategic planning, development, and launch of new products and features in our technology portfolio.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, create actionable plans, and ensure timely and successful delivery of new features.
3. Understand and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
4. Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring that all products achieve the desired business outcomes.
5. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to bring forward new ideas and solutions.
6. Monitor key performance metrics, using data to drive product decisions and improvements.
7. Communicate product strategy effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management with a focus on digital products.
2. Experience working at an early-stage startup
3. Proven track record in managing and launching successful SaaS products.
4. Functional understanding of the commercial real estate industry and its unique challenges.
5. Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to guide decision-making.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
9. Prior experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
