Job Title: Director of Technical Product Management

Western Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technical Product Management to lead our datacenter SSD product strategy and product management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive our product strategy and product management for datacenter SSD.
  • Collaborate with engineering, customers, customer support, and partners to understand requirements and needs.
  • Manage all stages of the product life cycle, including conception, definition, development, release, and post-release activities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create product-related sales and marketing materials.
  • Evangelize the products and product strategy both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong desire to take ownership of the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of Flash-based products.
  • 8+ years in product management.
