Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently searching for an experience customer service/call center professional for an upcoming project. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role the candidate will be the first point of contact for customers. Primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and support via telephone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and timely manner.

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

· Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain customer satisfaction.

· Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations.

· Provide product or service information to customers.

· Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

· Manage and resolve customer complaints.

· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

· Build sustainable customer relationships through open and interactive communication.

· Escalate issues to the appropriate department as needed.

· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

· Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

· Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative.

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

· Proficiency in MS Office and call center software.

· Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

· Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers.

· Previous call center experience is a plus.



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
