Local design build remodeling company searching for a diligent Showroom Manager to provide administrative support and assist our designers.


You’ll be responsible for answering phones and, scheduling appointments, manage the receiving of customer orders, and general office/showroom management.


Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. An interest or experience in design is a plus.

Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
  • Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
  • Buy materials for the office when necessary
  • Receiving and management of customer orders
  • Assist designers with ordering, job folders, and other admin tasks
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work

As a team, we value excellence and strive for continual improvement and honing our craft. We work hard during set hours but also believe in balance so we do not work weekends, have the option to work 4 days a week and we offer generous PTO, sick leave, and paid holidays.
