Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process for B2B clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure prompt payment.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
- Prepare and distribute monthly AR aging reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing issues.
- Implement and maintain effective AR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce outstanding receivables.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements related to accounts receivable.
- Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits for new clients.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on B2B transactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
