As a office and facility coordinator you will:
- The Office and Facilities Coordinator is responsible for managing front desk reception duties, office administration, and facilities coordination.
- This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and employees while ensuring the office and facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
- The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and able to multitask across several areas, including reception, office logistics, and facilities maintenance.
This is a Full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with office and facility duties
- Administration duties in office and facilities
- 2+ years experience with office administration
- Assisting facility maintenance with administrative tasks
Pay Rate: $19.00-$21.00 hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
