About the Role:

As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your responsibilities will include managing patient appointments, processing referrals, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, and addressing patient concerns.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position, and knowledge of HIPAA laws and compliance regulations. You will also need to be proficient in using technology, including EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Demands:

The Front Office Coordinator role requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to lift and move objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits:

The salary for this role is $21-$23 per hour, depending on experience. You will also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, continuing education funds, student loan repayment program, 401K plan with employer match, medical, dental, and vision plans, health savings account, flexible spending accounts, long-term disability, life and AD&D insurance, and employee assistance program.
