We are a tight-knit, state-of-the-art, industry-leading company looking for our next great salesperson to continue our growth.
What is the role:
This is a full-time sales position with a focus on landscape installation and project-based sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients and finding value-based solutions to their landscaping needs. We take a holistic approach to our client's needs and look at the entire scope of services to deliver the best outcomes. Our extensive client list provides a steady stream of qualified leads to manage and allows for substantial opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities/function:
Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs and provide a written estimate.
Ability to generate quotes for irrigation, decorative rock, plantings, and full install related components.
Encourage maintenance upsells like our lawn care programs and related services like aeration and seeding.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with existing customer base - answer and return phone calls promptly.
Utilize technology and software to create impressive proposals and implement a one-stop sales focus.
Represent the company with honesty and integrity in all your actions.
Create detailed job packets to ensure the installation team has all the information needed to exceed our clients' expectations.
We need you to have:
3-5 years of landscaping experience
Valid driver's license in good standing.
Demonstrate a professional demeanor
Ability to communicate effectively
Value the contributions of the entire team, treating everyone with respect.
Willingness to work hard and contribute to a great organization.
A get it done attitude and desire to be successful.
Schedule:
Day shift - Monday to Friday
Some weekend availability required
