Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the hunt for a motivated Sales Representative to become part of our team. This role is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and will involve managing sales territories primarily in Northern Michigan. You will be tasked with managing existing client relationships and seeking out new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Conducting regular sales activities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Monitoring customer accounts and making appropriate decisions based on their status
• Staying updated on product knowledge to provide high quality customer service
• Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining precise records of customer credit information
• Using sales commission systems effectively to track and improve sales performance• Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in a sales representative role or a similar field.
• Proficiency in executing sales calls is a must.
• Demonstrable experience in managing sales activities, including monitoring sales trends and making necessary adjustments.
• Possess a deep understanding and proven track record in sales commission schemes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
