Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. The primary function of this role is to assist customers, product managers, and our outside sales team, process inquiries, quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders. This role will also involve participating in sales functions and acting as a single point of contact for major accounts.


Responsibilities:


• Assist customers and outside sales team with inquiries and orders

• Manage and process sales orders and purchase orders efficiently

• Provide support to product managers

• Maintain a proactive role in sales functions such as Budget Meetings

• Act as a single point of contact for a major account

• Work with CRM and Crystal Reports to manage customer data and generate reports

• Basic knowledge of assembly and machining print reading

• Respond to and manage incoming calls from customers

• Understand and navigate buying processes to assist customers.

• Proven experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or relevant role

• Proficiency in using About Time software

• Proven experience in Answering Inbound Calls

• Understanding of Buying Processes

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• High level of professionalism and integrity

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
