Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in WESTPORT, Connecticut. The role will be focused on providing clerical support within the non-profit industry, with a strong emphasis on data entry and system management.

Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support to the team, particularly in relation to practice management tasks.
• Work closely with the Manager of Practice Management Systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately enter and process data into the Practice Management System (Cornerstone).
• Ensure accurate setup of systems for commission payroll to avoid errors.
• Collaborate with hospital managers to establish and maintain systems.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel, to format data and run pivot/vlookup operations.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
• Show a keen interest in computer systems and their management.
• Participate in video learning sessions for training and skill enhancement.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Proficiency in Excel Formulas is required.
• Experience with Data Entry is essential.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is necessary.
• No years of experience is required; entry-level applicants are welcome.
• Must have the ability to work in a non-profit environment.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
