Collections Specialist

 

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Collections Specialist candidate with strong excel skills. Must have phone call collections experience as well as excel: pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s. This role is temp with potential for permanent and 100% onsite.

 

Worksite Location: 100% onsite in Chicago, IL 60609

 

Temp (Potential for Permanent)

 

Pay Rate: $24-26/hour

 

Duration: Long term

 

Reason for Opening: Replacement

 

Start Date: ASAP

 

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

 

Systems they work on: Excel – strong excel usage needed – pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s

 

Responsibilities:

  • Phone calls and emails to clients with outstanding unpaid invoices

  • Reviewing the aging report consistently and calling on 30, 60 and 90 days past due

  • Maintaining a portfolio of accounts that ideally don’t go over 30 or 60 days past due

  • Ability to multitask and strong time management needed

  • Assist with reporting

  • Bilingual Spanish skills would be a huge plus, but not required

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
