Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Gauge the financial reliability of clientele and set apt credit thresholds
  • Skillfully oversee the ebb and flow of accounts receivable, meticulously tracking overdue accounts
  • Negotiate with delinquent customers to craft payment blueprints, ensuring a steady stream of timely payments
  • Unravel billing inconsistencies and resolve disputes with the finesse of a seasoned detective
  • Maintain pristine records of collection endeavors while fostering seamless communication with internal stakeholders

Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in the realms of accounting, finance or a cognate field
  • 2+ years of credit and collections experience, ideally within the technology sphere
  • Exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with a particular knack for Excel, coupled with hands-on experience in various accounting software
  • Flex those mental muscles with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Command a repertoire of stellar communication and negotiation skills, essential for navigating the intricate landscape of finance
