Key Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Construction accounting experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail
  • Professional phone presence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Skill in operating copier and calculator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
  • Route invoices to the correct managers for approval
  • Monitor invoices for discount opportunities
  • Schedule and prepare checks
  • Assist with payment discrepancies and lost checks 
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements
  • Enter non-job related purchase orders
  • Enter billings into Sage for several accounts
  • Order office and cleaning supplies
  • Assist the Accounting Department as needed

***Compensation: up to 60k

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
