Job Details



Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate relationships to maximize revenue from assigned territories and market segments
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date with hospitality market trends
  • Manage relationships and partnerships within assigned territory accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to capitalize on them
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that the hotel is meeting the needs of clients and exceeding their expectations
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and build relationships with potential clients
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Hospitality or a related field or commensurate experience
  • 3+ years experience in hotel sales
